Are you looking for a new way to keep your health in LINE, and have fun at the same time? If so, join us on Tuesdays from 4PM - 5PM in the Harris Room at ACCA Senior Center for our new Senior Line Dance Class.

Yoga is a mind/body practice of relaxation and rejuvenation that uses awareness, breath, and movement to bring all systems of the body into balance. Gentle stretching, mindful awareness, breathing practices, and deep relaxation restore natural calm to both body and mind.
*There is no charge for these classes, but students are encouraged to support the Senior Center.

This class is designed to allow you to move at your own pace.
There is a one time fee of $15 per semester.
This class meets each Tuesday from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Loss of balance is common, but it doesn't have to mean serious injury. Come learn about risk factors that can lead to a fall, basic skills to prevent a fall, and simple exercises to keep you steady on your feet.
