How can you help the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program by volunteering?
Friendly Visitor
Our volunteers visit facilities and visit with residents. They explain the program and how it can benefit them. They report back to LTCO and see, hear, or smell any problems. Attend resident council meetings as well as different activities of the facility.
Level of commitment required: at least 1 year
Frequency of assignment: as needed
