“Before becoming a participant on the SCSEP program, I was just sitting at home alone during the day. I had the energy to keep working, but I felt that no one would hire me at my age. Through my training, I feel like I have a purpose again and I get to help others which is very fulfilling. I am able to take weekly computer classes to improve my computer skills and am learning a lot.” -Ruth L.

“I started in the program in June, 2016 and it has improved my quality of life in so many different ways. I have a reason to get up every morning, for my training. I like meeting people and helping them in any way I can. My training helps me to have a better quality of life with the extra income.” -Margaret P.
