Thank you for becoming a Friend of the Athens Community Council on Aging! It is only through community support, like yours, that we have continued to thrive for more than 50 years.
With the help of our Friends, it is possible for ACCA to continue fighting senior hunger and social isolation, offer health and wellness activities, provide vital trips into the community for homebound older adults, engage older adults in job training and so much more!
We have several giving options, and your support in any of these categories is greatly appreciated. Donations can be made in honor or memory of an individual or group and can be designated to ACCA’s general funds or the program of your choice.
ACCA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All gifts are tax deductible, and you will receive a receipt for your records.
Here is what your donation can provide:
3 meals for a homebound older adult, delivered by a friendly Meals on Wheels volunteer

A bag of groceries for an older adult on the Meals on Wheels waiting list
