WELCOME!

At ACCA, volunteers are the drive behind all we do. In 2021, ACCA volunteers delivered meals to 10,120 members of the Athens community, counselled 90 people on Medicaid enrollment, and provided classes to over 80 older adults in our community. No matter what you bring to the table, there is a volunteer opportunity for YOU!

Below we’ve listed some of our urgent needs. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or as soon as something catches your eye. Please note that currently we are only allowing fully vaccinated volunteers to serve inside the ACCA building for the safety of our clients.

“Do it. However, you can. It’ll make you smile and a smile makes a difference in your life, in someone else’s life, and it can even make an impact on your community.”
– Debbie, Meals on Wheels Volunteer
