Nominate A Caregiver Today!!

Caregivers are extremely important people within our community who a do a thankless job for their loved ones or in their job.  The Northeast Georgia Care-Net is currently seeking nomination for the Georgia Caregiver of the Year Awards.  Nominations will be taken in several areas of caregivers including the Family Caregiver Award, Para-Professional Caregiver Award, and Volunteer Caregiver Award.  If you know someone (and we all do) who deserves this recognition, please nominate them today.  CLICK HERE FOR THE 2013 NEGA CARE-NET Nomination and Criteria Form for Caregiver of the Year.  The deadline to submit regional nominations is Tuesday, July 9, 2013 and should be submitted to:
