ACCA Needs Your Help
ACCA, in partnership with UGA’s Institute for Leadership Advancement, is working on an exciting new initiative to create an “age-friendly” Athens community. We would like to invite representatives from the Athens-Clarke County area to be a part of a focus group. The purpose is to gather feedback and ideas from individuals, ages 55 and older, for the creation and implementation of a Business Certification for Age Friendly Businesses in our area.
Community members are key stakeholders in this project and we would like to invite your (members, congregation, etc.) to contribute their comments and idea. There are several opportunities to participate beginning March 17th and continuing through March 28th. We ask that you share this invitation with those that you feel could contribute their ideas and experiences which will help us create an “age-friendly” Athens.
