Ms. Senior Athens Invited to Speak at Event

Ms. Senior Athens, Annette Barfield, was invited as a guest speaker at Milledge Avenue Baptist Church’s event, Life in the Third Quarter.  She talked to the large audience about how much fun her retirement in Athens had been for her and her husband, Buddy.  Other speakers at the event that celebrated living and aging well in Athens were Athens- Clarke County Mayor, Nancy Denson, retired UGA professor, Bill Flatt and former UGA football coach turned gardner, Vince Dooley.  Thanks so much to Milledge Avenue Baptist Church for organizing this event and letting Ms. Senior Athens be a part of it.
